The majority of transactions in the local office market concern companies that have already been operating in the Tri-City, but also corporations that have not yet had their registered offices in this part of Poland, said Patryk Litwiniuk, general manager of Litwiniuk Property Consulting.
At present, the supply of modern office space in the Tri-City is about 650,000 sq.m. The largest area is Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot respectively. The vacancy rate in Tricity is currently around 12proc. And it is a good result against the background of provincial cities. Rents for Class A office space in Tricity have remained unchanged for about three years at € 12.50-14.00 / sqm.
