DSV to develop own office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district

DSV begins the construction of an office building in Warsaw, which is the result of a systematic expansion of the company's SSC teams. A modern Scandinavian style building that will accommodate over 1.5 thousand employees is going to be ready in the first quarter of 2020.

Located in Warsaw, DSV International Shared Services provides global business services for the DSV Group. Currently, the company employs over 800 people in Warsaw and due to new emerging projects and processes, intensively recruits new employees.

'DSV ISS is expanding rapidly. Each month we employ several dozen people, which is the result of the increasingly broad scope of our company's competences. Good position of DSV in the world combined with a growing understanding and use of support, which we can guarantee as an International Shared Service Center, contribute to this success.' – said Thomas Jansson, Managing Director of DSV ISS - 'We are starting the construction of our new location, which will give us space for further growth and will be a visible confirmation of our achievements.'

The new office is going to be located at the corner of Taśmowa and Marynarska streets. It will be kept in a Scandinavian style, so the design will be similar to the headquarters of the DSV Group in Denmark. The author of the concept of the building is a global Danish company PLH Arkitekter A/S. An A class, seven-storey building with 30.000 sqm space will provide workplaces for over 1500 employees. Functionality, modernity and ensuring comfortable working conditions are the priority of the project. The selected location will enable convenient access from various parts of the city and its suburbs as well as quick access to the airport.

The office building is going to be built by the Consortium of FineTech Construction and Fundamental Group companies. The company that manages the project on behalf of DSV is Portico Project Management. The completion of the investment is planned for the beginning of 2020.
