"We can grow due to the potential and energy of our people, their openness to innovation and new challenges. But we do not rest on our laurels and this is why we are employing new people. We are looking for financial professionals, software developers, exact science graduates, but also humanists and artists. We plan further increase of employment and with the current pace we have now we should double the number of employees. And one more thing - not everybody has to speak Polish, so foreigners also can join us", says Dariusz Sus, Director of EY GDS Poland.

"At present we are looking mainly for managers of IT projects related to M&A transactions. Their role will be to provide IT support for transaction processes to global EY clients. We are also looking for Java developers who will support international implementation of Guidewire tool used by EY Business Advisory", he adds.
