The present document is governing the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) of the sscheroes.com / www.sscheroes.com website (hereinafter referred to as: Website, the Operator of the Website Global Web Solutions Kft. (seat: Hungary, 8060 Mór, Kert utca 18., Company registration number: 07-09-025475) as SSC Heroes as follows.
The User (SSC Heroes and User hereinafter together referred to as “Contracting Parties”) accepts and obliges itself to all the provisions of the present GTC by the commencement of the use of SSC Heroes unconditionally. Should the User revoke the declaration of acceptance, then it is not authorized to use and to utilize any of the services provided by SSC Heroes.
1. The present GTC is drafted in English, as well as the language of any contracts established between SSC Heroes and User is English. User declares that it disposes for a level of knowledge of the English language, which is sufficient for enlisting the services provided by the Website as well as establishing any contract under the scope of the present GTC.
2. Any contracts established between the Contracting Parties are not considered to be written contracts, nor are they registered by SSC Heroes.
3. The present GTC is available on the Website, it is available for all visitors of the Website, and it is available for download in Pdf-format.
4. With the commencement of the use of the services of the Website an online contract is established between SSC Heroes and the User pursuant to the provisions of Act. No. CVIII. of 2001 on the electronic trade services and the services related to the information society.
5. Global Web Solutions Kft. the Operator of SSC Heroes is registered by the authority Fejér Megyei Kormányhivatal (Government Office of Fejér County) as a recruitment service provider under registration number: 3191-2/2015.
6. The provisions of the present GTC is considered to be general contractual provisions pursuant to the Hungarian Civil Code. The parties conclude the special contractual provisions on the surface of the Website. SSC Heroes retains its rights for the unilateral modification of the present GTC, of which User takes notice by commencing the use of the services of the Website. The modifications come into force with their publication on the Website. The continuation of the use of the Website is considered to be an acceptance of the modification(s) on behalf of the User.
7. The effect of the present GTC extends to the comments and ratings made by the User, as well as to the use of the tests and test videos by the User.
8. SSC Heroes is entitled to modify the layout, the content and other characteristics of the Website without the notification of the User.
9. SSC Heroes obliges itself to provide the availability of the Website continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except in cases as follows:
User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is not responsible for the damages caused by reasons outside of its influence, defined by this clause.
10. SSC Heroes is considered to be an intermediary service provider with regards to the content uploaded by the Users under the provisions of the Act. No. CVIII. of 2001 on the electronic trade services and the services related to the information society. SSC Heroes therefore excludes its liability for the content of any uploaded information, material or any other content.
11. The Website constitutes the intellectual property of SSC Heroes, the use of any of its contents in any form such as the SSC Heroes logo or branding elements, the program codes and other graphic elements areonly allowed with the preliminary permission of SSC Heroes. Research data and pubic information from the Wesbite may be used for non-commercial purposes only in other websites or any other online and offline materials (e.g.: Facebook, Google, social media, videos etc.), however, User shall inform SSC Heroes in advance and refer to SSC Heroes (www.sscheroes.com) as the owner and source of research data and information.
12. SSC Heroes is entitled to the protection of the database owners under the provisions of the Act. No. LXXVI. of 1999 on copyright with regards to all the collected data, content and other information available on the Website. The publication of the content of the whole database or part of it requires the preliminary written approval of SSC Heroes.
13. Some online services of SSC Heroes are generally available without registration. However, SSC Heroes retains its right to make some specific information and online services available for the User only after registration as follows:
SSC Heroes shall inform User about its registration by e-mail.
User is entitled to use the above listed services s on the Website after preliminary registration. User is entitled to use these services free of charge.
14. User is entitled to cancel its registration any time by sending an email to [email protected] requesting the deletion of his/her registration. SSC Heroes shall delete all personal data and information and the profile of the User within 5 working days of its receipt.
15. In case of registration, the User shall provide the following data:
The username selected by the User shall not include any phone number, e-mail address or URL, nor any obscene or provocative expressions.
16. User is entitled to register on the Website using its Facebook profile, or its profile on other social network(s). The registration is governed in this case by the rules of Facebook or the other social network(s). User shall meet all the criteria and rules prescribed by Facebook or other social networks. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for any action or omission on behalf of User in the legal relationship established between User and Facebook or other social networks.
17. User is obliged to preserve the secrecy of its selected password. SSC Heroes hereby explicitly excludes its liability for any damages occurring as a result of not complying with this rule.
18. User is obliged to provide valid personal data for the registration. In case of any personal data is considered to be invalid, SSC Heroes is entitled to - without prejudice to its other measures provided by the law - to cancel the registration of the User without any preliminary notification or further justification.
19. SSC Heroes is entitled to deny the use of the Website from the User, as well as entitled to suspend the use of the Website for any of its Users or to remove the registration of the given User without any preliminary notification or further justification. SSC Heroes provides User all the necessary information on the identification and correction of the data input errors on the Website.
20. The use of SSC Heroes by the User is free of charge, however, some special information on the Website and some services indicated or offered on the Website are available for the payment of a service fee.
21. User declares and warrants for the fact, that it is capable of acting according to the law.
22. User – if it is considered to be a consumer pursuant to the Hungarian Law – is entitled to recede the contract of use within fourteen days of its commencement based on the provisions of the Government decree Nr. 45/2014.
23. By registering on the Website, User gives its explicit consent that in case the User orders a service on the Website, which is available for the payment of a service fee, SSC Heroes issues an electronic pdf invoice. User waives its right to demand the issue of an invoice in the form of an invoice paper.
24. User is entitled to cede any of its claims resulting from legal relations under scope of the present contract only with the preliminary written approval of SSC Heroes.
25. If any given provisions of the present GTC is considered to be null and void, it does not influence the effect of the whole GTC.
26. The Contracting Parties adhere to the fact that they intend to settle any legal disputes arising within the scope of the present GTC in an amicable way, through negotiations. In the case if no settlements may be reached, the Contracting parties hereby agree on the jurisdiction of the Budai Központi Kerületi Bíróság in cases being in the competence of the district courts and the Székesfehérvári Törvényszék in cases being in the competence of the general courts.
27. The activity of SSC Heroes is not under the effect of any Code of Behavior.
1. User is authorized to upload any content on the Website which is in accordance with the general aim and topic of the Website. Any content which is not in accordance with the above mentioned rules, may be removed by SSC Heroes without any notification. The provisions of the present chapter shall apply for the comments of the User accordingly.
2. SSC Heroes is authorized to control any information provided, forwarded or uploaded on the Website by the User or a third party, however it is not considered to be an obligation. Neither is it obliged to search for any information or data that may indicate the carry out of any illegal conduct
3. It is forbidden to upload any content, which
User is solely responsible for the validity of the uploaded content, as well as for the fact that the uploaded or published content may not breach the provisions of the present clause or the law in general.SSC Heroes hereby excludes its liability explicitly in this regard.
4. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is authorized to specify the place of the content uploaded by the User on the Website, as well as authorized to specify the order of the contents uploaded by various users. User explicitly waives its rights in this regard.
5. Any content is allowed to be placed on the Website only in English.
6. It is forbidden to place any link on the Website, which may lead to any other web page than the Website. This conduct is only allowed with the preliminary permission of SSC Heroes.
7. SSC Heroes declares that the articles placed on the Website are considered to be publicly available for anyone, therefore SSC Heroes is authorized for its publication.
8. SSC Heroes is entitled to summon the User to certain modifications of the uploaded advertisement or any other content. Should User fail to comply with this request, SSC Heroes is entitled to remove the given advertisement or content without any further notice or justification.
9. User shall not provide SSC Heroes or publish on the Website any data, information or other content, which is not related to the operation of the Website, or irrelevant to that matter. SSC Heroes is entitled to deny the publication of such data, information or other content without any further notice or justification.
10. In case of a third party is enforcing any claims against SSC Heroes in connection with the advertisements or other content uploaded by the User, User is obliged to reimburse the damages, costs and the costs of the legal process to SSC Heroes, if such incur.
11. Should User breach the provisions of the present Section II, or any other rules established in the present GTC with regards to the rules of information, data or any other content to be published or uploaded on the Website, SSC Heroes – without prejudice to other sanctions defined by the present GTC or prescribed by the law – is entitled to cancel the registration of User - without any preliminary notice or justification - on the Website, if SSC Heroes considers them as a serious breach of rules.
1. The protection of data, and in connection with that the rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties are regulated by the present chapter, the Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Act No. CXII. of 2011 on freedom of information and the right of informational self-determination.
2. The User declares by making use of the services of the Website that it got acquainted with the content of the Privacy Policy, took notice of, and gives explicit consent to the data control of its personal data stipulated there for the purpose of making use of the services of the Website.
3. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is entitled to control the data necessary for the issue of invoices to an extent and for a time period defined by the Law No. C. of 2000 on public accountancy even in the case if the purpose of the data control is otherwise expired.
4. SSC Heroes undertakes all the necessary measure for the protection of personal data.
1. SSC Heroes offers an online service for Users to apply for jobs at its partners through the Website and go through a special application and filtering process. SSC Heroes retains its right to decline the application of a given User in the course of/at the end of the application process. SSC Heroes retains its right to decide which User applying for a certain job is qualified for that job; User is not entitled to demand the forwarding of its application to the partners of SSC Heroes.
2. User shall register on the Website as described above to apply for a given job offered by the partners of SSC Heroes.
3. User shall accept the present GTC and the data control rules indicated in SSC Heroes Privacy Policy. Should User not accept the above mentioned rules and the data provided with registration not comply with the provisions of the present GTC and the information indicated on the Website, SSC Heroes is entitled to deny its registration on the website, as well as its access to the services indicated in the present section IV.
4. Each User is entitled to no more than one registration on the Website. Any further registration will be denied by SSC Heroes. Should User carry out more than one registration, SSC Heroes is entitled to cancel all the registrations without prior notice or justification. However, each User is entitled to initiate more job applications on the website.
5. User takes notice of the fact that by submitting the application, it will be stored in the database of SSC Heroes. SSC Heroes is entitled to forward the application of User to its partners other than the partner offering the job User applied for.
6. The application for a job offered on the Website shall take place as follows:
i. User shall create and upload one or more online CV(s) by using the web-based CV creation program provided by the Website. User shall select which online CV he/she would like to use for the job application. User accepts that the selected online CV may be shared with SSC Heroes partners for the purpose of recruitment. User accepts that in case of successful application SSC Heroes or the partners of SSC Heroes may contact the User via email or phone in order to carry out the interview, assessment center or any further tests etc.
The CV of User shall include the following information:
ii. User shall carry out a general video interview through the Website. The rules of the general video interview in details are available on the Website. User shall behave according to the rules. User takes notice of the fact that it is solely liable for providing the necessary tools (microphone, web camera, web browser, Flash and Java plugins etc.) on its computer to carry out the general video interview. SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for User failing to meet the above mentioned requirements. User takes notice of the fact that it shall act in the course of the interview in a professional manner, which includes a professional behavior, dress and verbal expressions. User takes notice of the fact and agrees that the video will be stored on a cloud-based server. The detailed description of the storage of the video is included in the Privacy Policy of SSC Heroes. User accepts that the general video interview may be shared with SSC Heroes partners for the purpose of recruitment.
iii. User shall carry out one or more language video test(s) of the languages required for the given job. User gives consent to forward its submitted language video test(s) to sub-contractors of SSC Heroes responsible for the evaluation and rating of such tests. User takes notice of the fact that it is solely liable for providing the necessary tools (microphone, web camera, web browser, Flash and Java plugins etc.) on its computer to carry out the language video test. SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for User failing to meet the above mentioned requirements. User takes notice of the fact that it shall act in the course of the test in a professional manner, which includes a professional behavior, dress and verbal expressions. User takes notice of the fact and agrees that the video will be stored on a cloud-based server. The detailed description of the storage of the video is included in the Privacy Policy of SSC Heroes. User accepts that the language video test(s) may be shared with SSC Heroes partners for the purpose of recruitment.
iv. User shall carry out one or more so-called “personality or professional test(s)” available on the Website required for the given job (e.g.: financial test for an accountant position etc.). The rules of the professional tests in details are available on the Website during the application process. User gives consent to forward its submitted test(s) to sub-contractors of SSC Heroes responsible for the evaluation and rating of such tests. User accepts that the test(s) results may be shared with SSC Heroes partners for the purpose of recruitment.
v. User shall provide further information (motivation, salary requirement, period of notice at his/her current employer etc.) before submitting the application for a specific job. User accepts that this information may be shared with SSC Heroes partners for the purpose of recruitment.
7. User is entitled to submit its job application only after successfully performing all the necessary steps indicated above. Failing to carry out one or more of the steps indicated above automatically disqualifies User from taking part of the application process for the given job.
8. User shall carry out the necessary steps in the order indicated above, however SSC Heroes is entitled to unilaterally modify that order.
9. User is entitled to cancel its job application(s) any time in the User Profile under the Applications menu. In this case User accepts that it will be disqualified from the application and will not be considered as an applicant for the job.
10. SSC Heroes shall inform User about the progress and evaluation of its application in its profile as well as by e-mail. Should the application considered to be successful by SSC Heroes, then it will be forwarded to the partner(s) of SSC Heroes. Should the application not considered to be successful, then it will be rejected. User takes notice of the fact that message by SSC Heroes about a successful application is only considered to be an information that SSC Heroes intends to forward the application to its partner(s); such message shall not be considered as a job offer and partners of SSC Heroes are entitled to decline the application without any further notice or justification at any time during the process. User also takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes excludes its liability for any decision made by User in the knowledge of the positive decision of SSC Heroes. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is entitled to cancel any job application any time.
11. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes shall undertake the control and verification of the following facts:
In order to enable SSC Heroes to control and verify the above mentioned facts and circumstances, User shall – if it is indicated on the Website – to upload the scanned copy of the following:
User agrees to the control of the above mentioned data by SSC Heroes in accordance with the provisions of the present GTC as well as the Privacy Policy.
12. User gives consent to SSC Heroes to forward all data, CV, photos, videos and information gained during the application process to the partners of SSC Heroes for the purpose of recruitment.
13. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes has the right to disqualify User from the application process without a prior notice any time in case SSC Heroes evaluates the application as being not professional, appropriate, or not in accordance with the requirements of the partners of SSC Heroes.
14. User takes notice of the fact that the rules established in clause II/3. shall apply for the application process as well, with special emphasis on the information provided by user in the course of the application process, such as test, videos etc. User also takes notice of the fact that it shall not provide any information or data which is not relevant with regards to the application process. Should User breach the above mentioned provisions, SSC Heroes is entitled to disqualify User from the application process without a prior notice.
15. User takes notice of the fact that SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for the job details and descriptions advertised on the Website on behalf of the partners of SSC Heroes. SSC Heroes is not considered to be the contractual party in the employment contract which might be established later between the partner(s) of SSC Heroes making use of the Website for job offers and pre-selection interviews and tests; and the User, therefore SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for any damages or other claims arising from such contracts.
16. User takes notice of the fact that it shall modify its personal data in the database of SSC Heroes in case of any alteration in this regard. SSC Heroes is not to be held liable for the omission of any form of the above mentioned obligation on behalf of User.
