Krakow still No. 1 for Global Business Services

The latest Tholons “Top 100 Cities for Global Outsourcing” is out and for the third year running Krakow is confirmed as the No. 1 location in Europe for Global Business Services.

Again Krakow is ranked 9th globally behind the Asian giants in India and the Philippines. Bangalore is again No. 1. with Manila, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai making up the top 5.

After Krakow, the next best ranked European city is Dublin, which rises this year to 10th (up 2 places from 2015). The next best placed city in CEE is Prague in 14th place (up from 15th).

Two other Polish cities make the top 100 with Warsaw rising to 25th place (from 30th) and Wroclaw edging up to 58th place (from 62nd).  In total nine cities in CEE make the top 100, there are two from Ireland and three from the UK.
